何海晴 Haiqing He

何海晴,哈佛大学教育学院预防科学方向在读硕士。她关注中国青少年的心理健康发展和校园欺凌问题:曾为农村留守儿童提供长达五年的心理咨询服务;她以八所中学为样本,研究中学生对校园欺凌问题的态度与应对措施,其成果发表于哈佛中国青年研究室;她参与美国佛蒙特州州立调研项目,评估该地区公立学校的校园霸凌现状。她致力于通过创新教育培养青少年的内在抗逆力,并为青少年发展提供可行且有趣的教育内容。

Haiqing He is an Ed.M candidate in the Prevention Science and Practice program at Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is an experienced youth worker and researcher promoting adolescents development. She has been offering volunteer mentorship for left-behind children since 2014. She also launched independent research on middle school students’ attitudes and responses toward relational bullying. Moreover, she worked for a state-launch research program in Vermont, investigating school bullying and harassment in local public middle schools. Haiqing is devoted to scaffolding Chinese adolescents’ inner resilience through engaging educational content in cross-disciplinary and cross-media contexts.

聂冠华 Guanhua Nie

聂冠华,哈佛教育学院人类发展与心理学在读硕士,本科毕业于北京大学社会学系,辅修心理学。她在心理健康教育领域有丰富的实践及研究经验,本科期间,曾在北京大学及清华大学从事心理咨询相关工作,为北京特殊学校设计艺术治疗项目,评估探索式学习对儿童发展的影响。她热心公益,曾在国内外参与支教工作,为当地学生提供心理辅导,也曾在心智障碍者康复机构提供志愿服务。她关注校园心理咨询及社会工作的发展,希望为学生提供有效的心理评估与干预方案。

Guanhua Nie is an Ed.M. candidate in the Human Development and Psychology program at Harvard Graduate School of Education. She graduated from Peking University, majoring in Sociology and minoring in Psychology. Guanhua has rich experience in promoting students’ wellbeing, providing mental health services in schools, using art therapy to design projects for students with physical disabilities and
evaluating the impacts of exploratory learning experiences for children. She voluntarily served people with special needs, taught and mentored students domestically and internationally. She is now passionate about developing professional evaluation systems and offering psychological support for Chinese young adolescents.

胡珂嘉 Kejia Hu

哈佛教育学院国际教育政策专业在读硕士。她曾在奥巴马政府“十万强”计划下的极妙国际
教育集团就任项目经理,与多所美国大学搭建校际合作,与落地政府合作,建立其在中国的美国海外留学中心。她致力于促进中美双方高校学生的交流学习。她积极参与各种教育公益以及社会实践活动,曾任美丽中国支教项目导师。她也在哈佛大学,麻省理工学院等多所美国大学的招生办、职业发展,以及多个部门工作。目前,她关注中国留学生的信息渠道,跨文化素养,以及学业职业等人生规划问题。

Kejia is an Ed.M. candidate at Harvard Graduate School of Education. She was the program manager for Global Maximum Educational Opportunities, Inc (G-MEO), who built institutional partnerships among US universities and partnering with local government in China on their
overseas centers. She is dedicated to study abroad, intern abroad and cross-cultural communications between students in US and China. She has been actively participated in volunteering such as being a mentor for Teach for China. She has worked in admissions, career services, and etc. in different US universities such as Harvard and MIT. She is devoted to promote equal opportunities, cross-cultural literacy, and life mentoring for Chinese international students.

丁小玉 Xiaoyu Ding

丁小玉,哈佛教育学院人类发展与心理学在读硕士。本科毕业于上海外国语大学,获莫斯科国立大学俄语语言学硕士学位。她拥有俄、乌、美留学经历,熟悉多个国家的高等教育制度。她曾是一名大学讲师,有超过1500小时的本科教学经验,主持参与四项省市级社科研究课题,并参与编写大学生心理健康教材。同时,她连续四年为本科生提供学业和就业指导,评教成绩连续多年居全校前列。她关注中国高等教育改革面临的问题和挑战,尤其是该领域的资源分配不均及国际化发展等问题。

Xiaoyu Ding is an Ed.M. candidate in Human Development and Psychology at Harvard Graduate School of Education. She completed her undergraduate study at Shanghai International Studies University and then graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a
M.A. degree in Russian Philology. Xiaoyu has four years' experience of working as a university lecturer and class advisor in China, and she has extensive experience in research, teaching and curriculum design. She is interested in higher education reform, allocation of educational
resources, and internationalization of higher education in China.

陈荟莅 Huili Chen

MIT媒体实验室的在读博士生,本科毕业于美国圣母大学(University of Notre Dame),攻读计算机,心理学双学位与和平研究辅修。出生长大在贵州,她从高中时期便在贵州农村小学做义工。在校期间,她成立了圣母大学的第一个在贵州的社会义工项目,也在不同的计算机与心理学的科研组做研究约4年。期间,也在Impact Network实习过,到赞比亚的农村做项目的设计与实施工作,探索如何用科技来提升非洲农村教育质量。同时,她在2017年的哈佛教育论坛上负责“创客空间/项目展示”环节,2018年论坛的“教育科技”分论坛负责人。同时,她也积极参与哈佛SEED种子社会创新社群,作为其2018年种子。她关注中国教育中的性别多元,与文化多元。

Huili Chen is a Ph.D. student at MIT Media Lab. She graduated from University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Peace Studies. Growing up in Guizhou, she started to volunteer at rural primary schools in her hometown since high school. At Notre Dame, she co-founded Notre Dame’s first yearly social service program in Guizhou, and worked in multiple psychology and computer science research labs for 4 years. She also interned at Impact Network, a US-based organization dedicated to using technology to improve education in rural Africa. Thus, she went to rural Zambia and implemented several educational projects there. She served as the manager of the Makerspace/Exhibition in 2017 and the manager of the “EdTech” panel in 2018 for China Education
Symposium, respectively. Last, she is also a 2018 fellow of Harvard SEED Social Innovation. She is passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in education in China.

谢静雯 Jingwen Xie

谢静雯,哈佛教育学院科技创新与教育硕士在读,本科于香港大学攻读心理学与教育学双学位,并以专业第一毕业。她在项目制学习与国际化教育方面有丰富的经验,曾在中、澳、英、美参与当地教学项目的研究设计。她先后为四大会计师事务所组织企业社会责任活动,于香港三所中学负责项目制学习的研发和教学,并在教育科技独角兽公司参与产品优化和教育游戏设计。她设计的教育科技创新产品成功入选哈佛创新实验室及HILT教学创新项目。她关注全人教育、21世纪技能以及非正式学
习,致力于通过教育科技推动快乐学习与创新教育。

Jingwen Xie is a Ed.M. candidate in Technology, Innovation, and Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. With best academic performance of the cohort, she obtained dual bachelor degrees in psychology and education from the University of Hong Kong. Having participated in learning experience design in China, Australia, the U.K., and the U.S., she has rich experience in project-based learning and global education. She had experience in organizing corporate social responsibility events for a Big Four auditing firm, designing a problem-based learning curriculum for three high schools in Hong Kong, and participating in product optimization and educational game development in an educational technology unicorn. The innovative educational technology project co-founded by her has been selected into the Harvard Innovation Lab and been awarded by the Harvard Initiative for Learning and Teaching (HILT). Jingwen is interested in topics related to whole-person education, 21st-century skills, and informal learning. She is dedicated to leveraging the power of educational technologies to promote enjoyable learning and innovative education.

波士顿学院哲学在读生。自高中每年在偏远山区支教,并发起谷雨计划--通过远程读书会的形式带领一线大学生为偏远学生带来博雅教育的启迪,影响人数近两千人。她曾开展美国中等教育改革的独立研究,并与州内伯明翰教育基金会建立合作。她关注公益项目在改善中国农村教育现状的力量和角色,曾发起并策划以教育和公益为主题的青年峰会,并有二十个致力于乡村教育的青年公益组织参会。通过与北京多家乡村教育领域NGO的调查及学术研究,她曾为北京三一基金会开展过中国乡村幼儿认知能力问题及解决办法的研究项目。

Xi Zhang, a Bachelor’s Degree candidate in Philosophy at Boston College. Starting from high school, she as a volunteer taught in rural areas in Chongqing, China. She founded the Guyu Project- an online educational book club that bridges Chinese first-tier college students with middle school students in rural areas with their shared reading experiences. Her projects have influenced over 2000 students in 4 different schools in Chongqing. Interested in the role of NGO in improving rural education, she initiated and organized a conference themed on “Youth, Education and Philanthropy,” with 20 nonprofits focusing on China’s rural education participating. Through consulting and working with various nonprofits and through academic research, she led a research project on early children’s cognitive development in rural China and presented it with proposed solutions to Sany Foundation. She is enthusiastic in improving China’s rural education through philanthropy and social innovations.

殷和阳 Heyang Yin

哈佛大学教育学院语言与读写专业硕士,哈佛大学东亚研究院课程助理。她关注农村与低收入家庭儿童的语言与认知发展。过去的几年里,她曾数次带领支教队深入贵州毕节农村地区支教,并为当地中小学带去了图书资源。她也在公益组织Raising a Reader实习,参与低收入家庭亲子共读项目的建设,探索用公益力量助力儿童发展。她曾带领团队构想了促进留守儿童与父母情感交流的在线项目,并获得了哈佛大学创新实验室的“社会影响力奖”。

Heyang Yin recently gained a master degree in Language and Literacy Education at Harvard Graduate School of Education, and currently serves as a teaching assistant at Harvard’s Department of East Asian Languages and Civilizations. She is passionate about promoting language and cognitive development of Chinese children from rural or low-income families. During the last five years, she led volunteer teaching teams to go to several rural schools in Bijie, a city in Southwestern China. Her team also brought books as to these schools as library resources. When she interned at NGO Raising a Reader, she participated in the development of an early reading intervention program for children from low-income families. As a team leader, she proposed an online program to promote emotion communication of left-behind children and their parents, which was awarded “social impact prize” by Harvard Innovation Lab.

屠欣,哈佛教育学院人类发展与心理学方向在读硕士。现哈佛教育学院Catherine Snow实验室项目研究助理,与中国发展研究基金会合作,致力于研发农村早期教育的语言发展课程。她本科毕业于华盛顿大学的早期教育和家庭研究专业,期间她帮助西雅图地区低收入家庭,为移民儿童的学术发展提供教育资源,支持他们在双文化双语言环境下的过渡。毕业后,她在非盈利的难民服务机构帮助有特殊需求的学前儿童。她希望对比中美两国早期教育,探索不同经济和资源条件下高质量早教的实践与发展。她致力于教育公平和扩大教育机会,望与教育工作者并肩而行,一同支持中美学生的学术和个人成长。

Xin Tu is currently a master candidate in the Human Development and Psychology program at Harvard Graduate School of Education. She now works as a research fellow in Catherine Snow Lab, collaborating closely with China Development Research Foundation to develop a literacy curriculum for Chinese preschools in rural areas. Xin earned a B.A. degree in Early Childhood and Family Studies from the University of Washington. During her undergraduate studies, she has been helping low-income immigrant families in the Seattle area and offering educational resources to support and bridge these children's transitions in a bicultural and bilingual environment. After graduation, she worked with young children with special needs at a non-profit refugee service center. She is now eager to explore high-quality practice and development of early childhood education in regions with different levels of resources. She is devoted to expand educational opportunity and work shoulder-to-shoulder with educators to support the academic and personal growth of their students across the U.S and China.

徐程 Fifi Xu

徐程 Fifi Xu

徐程,南京师范大学学前教育学博士在读,2018至2019年在哈佛大学和麻省大学访学。她从本科开始关注与儿童艺术教育相关的一系列研究,曾参与国家教育部哲学社会科学研究重大课题攻关项目等。近年来,她格外关注中国城市流动儿童的身心发展,作为核心研究成员参与了与NGO合作的公益项目,并主持了个人创新项目,致力于通过艺术促进城市流动儿童的社会性发展。她多次参与国际会议并发表论文,热心与更多的研究者交流。在读期间,她多次进入各类教育机构与一线教师共同探求教育问题的解决。希望与更多的教育研究者和工作者们共同构建中国儿童教育的象牙塔,愿为“星星之火”,望可燎原。

Fifi Xu is a Ph.D. candidate in preschool education at Nanjing Normal University, China. She is a visiting scholar at Harvard University and the University of Massachusetts from 2018 to 2019. Since undergraduate studies, she has paid close attention to research on early childhood education, including major national philosophy and social sciences projects under the ministry of education. In recent years, she has focused on the physical and mental development of migrant children in urban China. As a core research member, she participated in public welfare projects in cooperation with NGOs and presided over individual innovation projects, with the goal to promote the social development of urban migrant children through art. Besides, she has participated in international conferences and is eager to communicate with more researchers. She is very fond of going into the education field to investigate and explore the solution of educational problems with practice educators. She hopes to work with educational practitioners and educational researchers to promote the development of Chinese children's education. She is willing to be “the little spark”, hoping to “start a prairie fire”.
