陆思琬 Swan Lu

陆思琬是哈佛商学院2019年MBA学位的候选人。她毕业于香港科技大学,拥有化学工程和工商管理双学位。 在加入哈佛商学院之前,她曾任安联保险总部人寿和健康保险国际业务发展主管(全球最大的人寿/健康保险公司之一)。 在安联期间,思琬积极引导创新伙伴关系和产品开发。 她也拥有在瑞士,德国,中国,美国和香港的全球工作经验。思琬是创新跨学科合作的执行者。 她的兴趣和经验在于医疗,教育,科技和商业发展的结合。 她也是My finance Coach(一个致力于金融知识普及的非营利机构)的志愿者。作为外联主席,她的愿景是连接教育者之间的合作伙伴,并促进教育者和其他行业的领导者之间的合作。
Swan is a MBA candidate (class of 2019) at Harvard Business School (HBS). Before joining the HBS cohort, Swan was the head of Business Development, Global Life and Health at Allianz’s headquarter in Munich. Allianz is the one of the world’s largest life/health insurance provider. During her time at Allianz, Swan led her team in innovative partnership and product development. In addition, she has many years of global working experience in Switzerland, Germany, China, U.S and Hong Kong. Swan is a practitioner of inter-disciplinary collaboration for innovation. Her interests and experience lies in the intersection of healthcare, education, technology and business. As the external co-chair of CES, her vision is to connect partners among educators, and to foster collaboration between educators and leaders in other industries together.Swan holds B.E. in chemical engineering and B.A. in business administration from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She is also an active volunteer at My Finance Coach an NGO for financial literacy.

施一帆 Yifan Jason Shi

施一帆,哈佛教育学院在读硕士,人类发展心理学方向。本科就读于北京外国语大学现代希腊语专业。毕业后进入毕马威(KPMG)审计部门工作并取得突出业绩。来哈佛前,一帆与好友在教育培训行业创业4年,积累了超过1万小时教育行业经验。其间他的主要职务包括COO,财务主管,一线教师,并长期深度参与和数百位学生及家长的沟通。在哈佛读书期间,他合作创办“育言家”微信公众号,精选并组织发表了多篇教育学院学生、校友的文章。为大众提供优质教育不仅是他的理想,更是他作为教师家庭后代的使命。
Yifan Shi is a Master of Education candidate at Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE), concentrating in the field of Human Development and Psychology. He completed his undergraduate study at Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU) and majored in Modern Greek Language and Literature. After graduation from BFSU, he worked at the audit department of KPMG and achieved exceptional performance. Motivated by his passion in education, Yifan spent the last 4 years with a friend starting up an English test preparation business where he was the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Finance. In the meantime, his 10,000-hour working experience in the field of education also includes teaching English courses and engagement in in-depth communication with hundreds of students and parents. At Harvard, he co-founded a WeChat platform called “True2Ed” that publishes selected articles by HGSE students and alumni. Offering high quality education to all students is not only his dream but also his mission being a descendent from a family of teachers.

Director of Marketing
谭胜蓝 Shenglan Tan

谭胜蓝,哈佛教育学院人类发展与心理方向在读硕士,本科毕业于北京大学,获中国文学与社会学双学位。她关注文化视野下的群体行为、心理和互动式学习,曾参与哈佛大学教育学院中国学生学业压力研究,并联合发起教育创新项目,进行课程设计和教学实践。她将致力于非正式领域学习的研究与实践,通过影视媒体、艺术等渠道促进儿童和青少年的身心健康发展。
Shenglan is currently a master student in the Human Development and Psychology program at Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE). She graduated from Peking University with a B.A. in Chinese Literature and a LL.B. in Sociology. Shenglan is interested in group behavior and psychology under the perspective of culture, and also in interactive learning. She participated in a research project at HGSE on the academic pressures faced by Chinese students. She also co-initiated an innovative educational project before coming to Harvard. At Harvard, Shenglan explores learning in informal ways such as media and arts in order to better shape children’s psychological development.

吕云鹤 Yunhe Lyu

吕云鹤,哈佛教育学院语言与读写能力在读硕士,本科毕业于上海外国语大学英语专业。在本科期间,他积累了丰富的语言教学理论知识和田野经验。作为教师,他曾开展托福读写课程设计研发,并作为志愿者在宁夏固原乡村小学支教调研。作为研究助理,他参与国家社会科学基金课题项目《文本声音构建与EFL学术写作能力发展》,并在“第二届语言测试与评价国际研讨会”等学术会议上做项目展示。他将致力于促进语言教育领域教育研究者和教育一线工作者的互动,期待观点的碰撞能使人们加深对中国教育国际化视野的理解。
Yunhe Lyu is currently a master’s candidate in the Language and Literacy program at Harvard Graduate School of Education. He earned his Bachelor of Art in English at Shanghai International Studies University. Before coming to Harvard, Yunhe worked as a TOEFL curriculum designer and a teaching volunteer at a rural primary school in Ningxia. As a research assistant of the project: Building Authorial Voice and Developing EFL Academic Writing Ability funded by National Social Science Funds of China, he presented his research at academic conferences such as The Second International Conference on Language Testing and Assessment. With the goal of enhancing global perspectives in education, he is devoted to promoting the communication between education industries and academia.

Director of Design
孙月清 Sarah Sun

孙月清,哈佛教育学院艺术人文教育专业在读硕士,本科毕业于罗德岛设计学院电影导演专业。她在设计领域的工作经验丰富,带领三十多人团队制作的微电影《蟲》曾在戛纳电影节等三十四个国际电影节展映。目前她专注于跨学科教育的研究和应用。作为Harvard STEAM的联合主席,她致力于将科学,技术,工程,艺术与数学这五个学科的知识点链接,通过项目式教学培养学生的独立思考能力和动手能力。学业之余,她也在哈佛大学2017年的本科生招生团队中担任面试官一职。
Sarah is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Arts in Education at Harvard Graduate School of Education. Before coming to Harvard, she has worked as a director and designer at production companies and animation studios in North America and China. She studied Film and Animation at Rhode Island School of Design. Her graduation film, Swarm, has screened at 34 international film festivals around world, including the 23rd FICMA Environment Film Festival and the 70th Cannes Film Festival. At Harvard, Sarah seeks innovative ways to apply her research in multidisciplinary education to practice; her research investigates how visual elements can enhance and enrich one’s learning experience. As the president of Harvard STEAM, her goal is to inspire discussion about the inherent overlap of the Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics fields through programs and events that promote multidisciplinary learning. She also works part time at the Harvard College Admissions Office and interviews prospective students.

Director of Finance
单珊 Shan Shan

单珊,哈佛肯尼迪学院实习研究员,哈佛决策实验室实验助理,本科毕业于哈弗福德学院,获得心理和经济双学位。她曾担任学校微型贷款社团联合主席,积攒了金融和筹资的相关经验 。她对中国欠发达地区学生的教育(尤其是人文素质教育)十分关注,曾在PEER毅恒挚友教育公益组织担任志愿者、面试官以及志愿者导师。
Shan Shan is a Research Intern at Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a Research Assistant at Harvard Decision Science Lab. She graduated from Haverford College with a B.S. in Psychology and Economics. During her years at Haverford, she co-directed Haverford Microfinance Consulting Club, which enabled her to gain experience in finance and fundraising. Shan is passionate about education, especially liberal arts education in less advantaged areas in China. She worked at the Peer Experience Exchange Rostrum (PEER) as a teaching volunteer during the summer of her sophomore year. During junior and senior years, she recruited and trained new teaching volunteers for the organization.

Secretary
倪茜茜 Xixi Ni

倪茜茜, 波士顿学院国际高等教育在读硕士。 她本科就读于里士满大学人类学和国际经济专业, 并且担任汉语学院的中文助教。目前她在波士顿学院教学中心担任教学设计顾问,和本科课程 “体验, 反思以及行动”的助教。 她对于高等教育国际化,教育人类学以及国际化教学和课程设计十分感兴趣,致力于促进中国教育论坛成为中美教育交换想法、理论、政策、 以及实践的桥梁。
Xixi is pursuing a Master’s degree in International Higher Education at Boston College’s Lynch School of Education. Prior coming to Boston, Xixi earned a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and International Economics from the University of Richmond, where she served as a teaching assistant for the Chinese Studies department. As an instructional designer at the Boston College Center for Teaching Excellence, Xixi facilitates the course: “Experience, Reflection, and Action” at the Lynch School of Education. She is interested in the anthropology of higher education and international learning, teaching, and curriculum design. Her vision for China Education Symposium is to foster the exchange of ideas, theories, policies, and practices between educators in China and the United States, as well as to bridge the cultural gap between the two nations.

Director of Technology
吴雯雯 Wendy Wu

吴雯雯,哈佛大学教育学硕士,科技创新教育专业。她出生于浙江杭州。在这之前,她在马来西亚吉隆坡给来自叙利亚,利比亚和伊拉克的难民孩子义务教授英文。之后在杭州,上海,北京从事了4年英语教学相关工作。除了 在英语教学方面Wendy有丰富的经验,同时她对线上教学,教育产品的设计和评估,以及教育科技方面的发展也颇有研究。本科在马来亚大学研读英语文学教育专业。
Wendy Wu was born in Hangzhou, China. She is currently enrolled in the Technology, Innovation and Education Master’s program at Harvard. Before, she worked as a volunteer English teacher in Malaysia, teaching English to refugee children from Syria, Libya and Iraq for two years. Later, she was working in the field of English education in Hangzhou, China and Beijing for four years. Wendy has a rich experience in English teaching, online learning, educational product design and evaluation, as well as the development of the immersive technology in educational setting. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Teaching English as a Second Language (minor in English Literature) from the University of Malaya in Malaysia.
 

Director of Technology
陈笑成 Xiaocheng Chen

陈笑成,哈佛教育学院研究生在读,学习与教学方向。中学毕业于南京外国语学校,本科保送至南京大学英语系。毕业后在南京学而思教育担任英语国际体系负责人,培养学生的国际视野、批判性思维和全球胜任力,拥有三年一线全英文授课经验,并负责课程设计、体系发展、录取面试等职务。她关注青少年群体和少数群体,致力于推动教育领域积极建构青少年的心理发展。她技术方面拥有四年视频拍摄、剪辑制作经验,视频获得600+万播放量。
Xiaocheng Chen is currently a graduate student at Harvard Graduate School of Education’s Learning and Teaching Program. After completing her study at Nanjing Foreign Language School, she was admitted to Nanjing University, where she majored in English, a year ahead of her peers. . Before coming to Harvard, she worked as the program leader and English teacher at TAL Education Group, Nanjing Branch for three years. She led the international program that supported adolescents in developing critical thinking skills, global competency and an international perspective. She was responsible for curriculum design, program development, admissions and interviews besides course delivery and family involvement. Focusing on adolescent and minority groups, she is determined to foster an environment for educators to be developmental allies of our adolescents. She has four years of experience in filming, editing, and making videos; her videos gained over 6 million views on China’s mainstream social media.
